Westerville, OH – FCBank announced it received regulatory approval to move forward with a full-service facility located at 635 S. State Street, Westerville, Ohio. This office, located in the northeastern suburb of Columbus, will become FCBank’s seventh office and third SMART Center.
FCBank plans to remodel the former Flowerama on South State Street and is anticipated to open its doors to the approximately 3,000-square-foot building in 2022. This SMART Center will be designed to make financial transactions and information gathering easier for clients. Features include wireless mobility, soft seating areas, high top tables with docking stations, SMART displays, 24-hour convenience boxes, huddle areas, video conferencing capabilities and a conference room.
SMART Stations, which are interactive, live agent ATM machines in the drive up, will provide agent-assisted transactions for customers before, during and after traditional banking hours. Several of the bankers that customers will interact with at these SMART stations are located at a central call center in Bucyrus, Ohio.
