Westerville, OH – FCBank held a groundbreaking ceremony today to launch the construction of its newest SMART Center at 635 South State Street in Westerville. This office, located in the northeastern suburb of Columbus, will become FCBank’s seventh office and third SMART Center.
“We are passionate about the continued growth and well-being of our customers and are excited about this opportunity to serve the Westerville community,” said Jenny Saunders, FCBank president. “The technological advancements of our SMART Center mixed with our hands-on approach to business and personal banking will make banking easy and enjoyable for our clients and neighbors.”
FCBank began construction and is anticipated to open its doors to the approximately 3,000-square-foot building in early 2023. The SMART Center will be designed to make financial transactions and information gathering easier for clients. Features include wireless mobility, soft seating areas, high-top tables with docking stations, SMART displays, 24-hour convenience boxes, huddle areas, video conferencing capabilities, and a conference room.
The Westerville SMART Center will feature FCBank’s state-of-the-art, highly interactive customer SMART Station that allows customers to use interactive video with a live bank representative to perform such transactions as deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, cashing checks, and checking on account balances and loan payoffs. SMART Stations will be offered in the drive-up lane, offering agent-assisted transactions for customers before, during, and after traditional banking hours.
